BankAtlantic Center is a state-of-the-art showcase that is home to the Florida Panthers Hockey Club and host to exciting events such as concerts, family shows and other major touring acts.

This handy guide will help you discover everything you need to know about this great facility from "A to Z." Get to know your BankAtlantic Center as a comfortable, convenient and fun place to enjoy your favorite sporting or entertainment event.

Absolut Bar
The Absolut Bar is located in the main lobby and in front of section 101 and 134. The bar serves the Absolut Vodka brand and other liquors. It also serves a selection of beer and wine during all BankAtlantic Center events.

Accessible Seating
BankAtlantic Center recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Convenient wheelchair access to the BAC is available at the Plaza Level entry gates on the North and South side of the main entrance. There are two power assisted entrances located at the Event Level and four on the Plaza Level. Accessible ticket windows are located on the Plaza Level. There are also accessible ticket windows at each of the ticket offices outside and inside the arena. It is recommended that if disabled seats are required that you purchase your tickets in advance so that we can accommodate you and your party. There is handicap seating on the sidelines and end zones on each level of the arena.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. We ask you to please drink responsibly, and we encourage the use of a designated driver.

Animals
Only animals assisting disabled guests will be allowed in BankAtlantic Center.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
For your convenience, BankAtlantic ATMs are located on the Plaza level next to the entrance to the AvMed All-Star Cafe, the South Box Office, outside of section 131 and on the Mezzanine level outside of section 405.

Automobile Trouble
Experiencing car problems? Westway Towing and the BankAtlantic Center have partnered to provide emergency service for guests following all Bankatlantic Center events. Look for the Westway Towing Wrecker in the parking lot or call (954) 835-8610 for assistance.

AvMed All-Star Cafe
The BankAtlantic Center's largest function space at 10,000 square feet, the AvMed All-Star Cafe caters to those looking for an unique experience.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby Changing Stations are located in all restrooms throughout the arena.

Backpacks
Backpacks are not permitted inside of the BankAtlantic Center.

BankAtlantic Center
BankAtlantic Center is an 872,000 square-foot facility which seats 19,250 for hockey and 20,000 for basketball, family shows and concerts. The Center provides 7,600 on-site parking spaces, including 226 spaces that are enclosed.

BankAtlantic Center Bucks
BankAtlantic Center Bucks can be used at all concession stands on the plaza and upper level and AvMed All Star Cafe on the club level. BankAtlantic Center Bucks are not redeemable for cash.

BankAtlantic Chairman’s Club
The BankAtlantic Chairman’s Club is a full service bar and elegant buffet located on the Lexus Suite Level. It offers the very best in entertaining and socializing before or during games. The BankAtlantic Chairman’s Club is open one hour prior to each game.

BankAtlantic Convenience Center (Guest Services)
BankAtlantic Convenience Center’s are located on the Plaza and Upper Levels to answer any questions about the facility, upcoming events, available services or any comments or suggestions you may have. A concierge desk is located inside the south Lexus Suite/Club entrance on the Plaza level to assist Suite and Club Level guests. Guest Services is open from the time doors open until the conclusion of the event. During Florida Panthers hockey games, Season Seat owner customer service is set up in the North Lexus Suite/Club entrance on the Plaza Level. Account representatives are on hand to assist Season Seat Owners.

A Season Seat Holder customer service table is set up at the North VIP entrance with account representatives who can assist you with any needs.

Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are permitted providing they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. They must not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way that obstructs another guest’s view or signage. Signs are not permitted to be any larger than 2 foot by 2 foot.

Bars
There are a wide variety of Bars located in the BankAtlantic Center.

Birthday Announcements
Guests who wish to make an announcement on the Jumbotron will be required to make a $50 donation to the Florida Panthers Foundation. Boston Culinary Group
Boston Culinary Group is the official concessionaire for the BankAtlantic Center. All concession stands and restaurants are run by Boston Culinary Group. For a catering menu, click here.

Box Office
The box office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours on event days. The box office windows will remain open for one hour after an event has started. Ticket information/Will Call is located on the Plaza Level at the south box office. Tickets may be purchased at the north box office with cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa at the box office or by calling Ticketmaster at 954-523-3309 (Broward), 305-358-5885 (Dade) and 561-966-3309 (Palm Beach). Tickets are also available on the Internet at Ticketmaster.com.
Please note that once tickets are purchased, they are nonrefundable and not exchangeable.

Broadcast Information
The Florida Panthers are proud to offer live game broadcasts on 790 The Ticket and 760 ESPN. For upcoming schedules, including Panthers Weekend Edition and Talkin’ Hockey with the Panthers please go to our Radio schedule Page. When visiting the arena for a Florida Panthers hockey game, the broadcast can be listened to on 90.9 FM.

Budweiser Terrace
The Budweiser Terrace is a full-service bar located above the main entrance on the Lexus Suite Level and is open to all guests. The Budweiser Terrace is an excellent place for members of your party to meet and enjoy live entertainment both before and after the game. The Budweiser Terrace is open up to one hour following Panthers games.

Cameras
Cameras without flash are permitted in the building for all Panthers games. For all other events, camera usage policies will vary. In no way may the taking of photography block access ways or seat aisles or interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event. As an active community participant, the Florida Panthers are dedicated to assisting community organizations that focus on non-profit groups and education programs in South Florida.

Please follow the donation guidelines below:

All requests must be made in writing on event letterhead 4-6 weeks prior to the event date.
Requests for employee incentive programs (i.e. United Way campaign fundraising, employee appreciation, etc.) are not typically granted.
We solicit autographs from our players for charitable purposes only.

Child Admission Policy
Children, who have celebrated their second birthday, must have a valid admission ticket for entry. Children not yet reaching their 2nd birthday will be granted complimentary admission but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. This is not applicable for all family shows so be sure to call 954-835-7000 to clarify.

CLUB Line (954) 835-CLUB
The CLUB line is exclusively for suite owners and ADT Club members to get immediate assistance from our Premium Seating staff.

Coach's Club
The Coach's Club (formerly known as the Eastern Financial District) is a club designed specifically for anyone. Located on the Sunrise Terrace of the BankAtlantic Center and encompassing approximately 8,000 square feet, the Coach's Club will cater to 500 members who will receive a full-service bar, specialty buffet and tremendous sightlines for NHL hockey. Concert Priority
Our season seat holders, suite owners, ADT Club members and Corporate Partners get priority purchasing for all events at BankAtlantic Center.

Concessions
There are three food courts on each of the Plaza and Mezzanine Levels that include a wide selection of items on the menu. Guests also have an opportunity to enjoy dining on the two Carl’s Patios outside the Plaza Level food courts.
We do accept credit cards.

Container Policy
Cans, glass or plastic beverage containers, squeeze bottles and thermos bottles are not permitted in the BankAtlantic Center. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the arena. However, sealed water bottles will be allowed in the BankAtlantic Center.

Courtesy
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at BankAtlantic Center. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

Cruzan Islands Rum Bar
The Cruzan Rum Bar is located outside of section 116 on the main plaza level. Guests can sail away by enjoying the various Cruzan Rum flavors and island drinks right here at the BankAtlantic Center.

Doors Open
The building doors normally open one-hour prior to event time. Please call 954-835-7000 to verify the exact time.

Elevators
Two elevators outside of sections 104, 131, 404 and 431 service disabled guests attending events at the BankAtlantic Center. Disabled guests are given priority to use these elevators. Six elevators located on either side of the Plaza lobby provide access to the Lexus Suite and Club levels.

Emergency Phone Calls
In case of emergency while attending a game, you may be reached at 954-835-7000. Please be sure to leave your seat location with any person(s) who may need to reach you so staff can relay the message to you. BankAtlantic Center does not have a paging system.

Emergency Evacuation
Designated BankAtlantic Center ushers and other personnel have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated staff members will have the primary duty of directing guests with disabilities to specific locations.

Escalators
Escalators are located at the main entrance of the building and lead to all levels of the Center. In case of emergency, stairs are accessible for exiting the building.

Fan Conduct
BankAtlantic Center intends to provide a safe, comfortable and fan-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Consequently, building management will not tolerate disruptive or unruly behavior. The following rules have been established for acceptable fan behavior:
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter.
Guests interfering with the ability of others to enjoy the event will be ejected.
Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected.
Guests appearing intoxicated will be ejected and turned over to the Sunrise Police Department.
Guests interfering with the progress of an event will be ejected from the building and subject to possible arrest.
To enforce these policies, security is located throughout the building during all events. Guests violating any of these rules will not be welcome at BankAtlantic Center. Those who observe other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest building representative.
Guests should also be aware that during hockey games a puck could be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. Stay alert at all times while you are watching the game, including after the stoppage of play. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for help and directions to First Aid.

Westside Regional First Aid Stations offer medical assistance and are located on the Plaza and Mezzanine Levels outside of Sections 122 and 422 respectively.

Food & Beverage
Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not permitted to be brought into BankAtlantic Center. Concession stands located throughout the building sell various types of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests may be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Functions & Function Rooms
Private function areas are located on the Lexus Suite & Club Levels & Skyview Level. They are available to serve groups ranging from 30 to 500 people. Lost & Found
Lost and found may be claimed at the BankAtlantic Convenience Center on the Plaza Level on event days or call 954-835-8610 to arrange for pick-up of any items. Items left more than 7 days will be donated to charity.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets lost or left at home may be replaced by BankAtlantic Center box office, provided we can verify the ticket holder and seat location. Ticket replacement policies of the various events may differ. Please see the nearest box office representative for assistance.

Lost Parent/Found Child
Lost children will be taken to the BankAtlantic Guest Services area on the Plaza Level. Guests looking for their lost child should report directly to the Guest Services area near the North Box Office or Upper Level South at the escalator.

Mascots
Stanley C. Panther has been the mascot of the Florida Panthers since our inaugural year in 1993. Prior to the 2007-08 season, Stanley was in a dilemma, being overwhelmed by appearance requests. To compliment Stanley's activities in games and in the community, he needed help. That's when Stanley discovered the CLONE-O-MATIC 2000. With that, out came Mini-Stanley. Package/Purse Inspection
Anyone entering the building with a package or purse will be asked to consent to a visual inspection. Guests not allowing inspection of their packages will be refused entry into the building. Wrapped gifts are not permitted inside the arena.

Panthers Ice Dancers presented by BOVA
The Bova Panthers Ice Dancers are an athletic, spirited and outgoing squad that entertain the crowd at all Panthers home games. They help distribute give-a-ways, assist with intermission activities and are on hand at player autograph sessions. The Bova Panthers Ice Dancers impact is not only limited to game entertainment; they also participate in charitable and community appearances and assist with the team’s marketing efforts in the South Florida community. Pantherland

Parking

Patron Tequila Platinum Club
Patron Tequila Platinum Club is located on the Lexus Suite Level and offers sit down service in an upscale sports bar atmosphere. Great sandwiches, pizzas and salads are served, as well as Patron Tequila. Open one hour before each game and one hour after each game. No reservations needed.

Re-Entry
Guests who enter BankAtlantic Center may not leave the building and re-enter. A full, uniform ticket must be presented to enter the building.

AvMed All Star Cafe
The AvMed All Star Cafe is located on our Lexus Club Level and offers a casual dining atmosphere and great bar. Enjoy pasta, wood grilled pizzas, carving stations and an array of wonderful desserts. Exclusively for our Club Level seat holders, full season seat holders in the Lower Bowl as well as ADT Club members, suite owners and Corporate Partners.

BankAtlantic Chairman's Club
A full service bar and elegant buffet, located on the Lexus Suite Level, offers the very best in entertaining and socializing. Open to all guests. Opens one hour prior to each game.

Patron Tequila Platinum Club
Our Patron Tequila Platinum Club is located on the Lexus Suite Level and offers sit down service in an upscale sports bar atmosphere. Great sandwiches, pizzas and salads are served. Open to all guests. Opens one hour prior to each game and remains open for one hour after each game.

Restrooms
The BankAtlantic Center offers 34 public restrooms throughout the building. All restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Companion restrooms are located on the north and south ends of the Plaza level, on the south end of the Club level and on the south side of the Mezzanine level.

Scalping
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on BankAtlantic Center property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void, or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized TicketMaster outlet or from BankAtlantic Center box office.

Scoreboard
An eight-sided scoreboard featuring four video replay boards and four matrix boards will enable you to relive the greatest plays and get even closer to the action from every seat in the house.

Scoreboard Messages

Security
The Florida Panthers have announced increased security measures at BankAtlantic Center that will be continued for the 2009-10 season. Among the measures that will be in place at BankAtlantic Center:
-Increased security presence both inside and outside BankAtlantic Center
-Wanding of our guests when the country raises its security alert
-Inspection of all small handbags and purses
-BankAtlantic Center Security reserves the right to conduct "Pat Down" searches as National -Security elevates.
-Prohibit anything larger than a shoe box
-Prohibit large bags, coolers and backpacks
-Prohibit duffel bags (kids participating in pregame clinics must secure a pass from the Sales or Fan Relations staff)

Smoking Policy
Based upon the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking is not allowed in any public area. Guests wishing to smoke may do so outside on all levels.

More than 500 television monitors are stationed throughout the building. Radio play-by-play is broadcast into all restrooms. The goal is to ensure that guests never miss a moment of action, even when leaving their seats.

Ticket Sales/Ticket Information
The box office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours on event days. The box office windows will remain open for one hour after an event has started. Ticket information/Will Call is located on the Plaza Level at the main entrance. Tickets may be purchased with cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa at the box office or by calling TicketMaster at 954-523-3309 (Broward), 305-358-5885 (Dade) and 561-966-3309 (Palm Beach). Tickets are also available on the Internet at Ticketmaster.com.
Please note that once tickets are purchased, they are nonrefundable and not exchangeable.

Tours of BankAtlantic Center can be arranged by calling the Sales and Group Department at 954-835-SHOW.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas of a reasonable size are permitted in the BankAtlantic Center

Video Cameras
Use of movie cameras and video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited by event promoters and BankAtlantic Center reserves the right to confiscate any tape or film.

Will Call
Prepaid reservations and other tickets can be picked up at the Will Call windows on the day of the game, up to 90 minutes before the start of the game. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
