Fourth Of July Celebration

Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced that the Third Annual City of Sunrise and BankAtlantic Center July 4th Celebration will take place on Sunday, July 4th from 6-10 p.m, rain or shine, and is free and open to the public. The festivities will include a patriotic parade, live music, food and entertainment in the BankAtlantic Center Lexus parking lot, and a grand finale fireworks display at 9:00pm.

The BankAtlantic Center Lexus parking lot will open to the public beginning at 5 p.m. Festivities, beginning at 6 p.m., include live music, food vendors and family entertainment such as fun rides, rock climbing, bounce houses, face painters, and much more. The evening will be capped off by the fireworks display beginning at 9 p.m.

“Thanks to our wonderful partner, the City of Sunrise, the July 4th Celebration has become an exciting annual event for the entire South Florida community,” SSE President & COO Michael Yormark said. “Independence Day at the BankAtlantic Center will once again feature an incredible, and safe evening of family fun and entertainment during Independence Day weekend.”

Lawn chairs and umbrellas will be permitted in the parking areas.
