Q: How do I get there?

Q: How many seats are there in the theatre?
A: There are approximately 3,000 seats consisting of orchestra seating (floor), lower mezzanine seating, mezzanine seating and balcony seating.
Q: How do I order tickets?
A: There are several options: the BankAtlantic Center box office Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm, online at www.ticketmaster.com or call (954) 835-2582 to discuss premium seasting options and packages.

Q: I've been to concerts at the BankAtlantic Center. Is the theatre set up the same?
A: The arena is reconfigured for each Sawgrass Live show, providing a much more intimate atmosphere with great acoustics. The Sawgrass Live is set up on one end of the arena and decorated to look and feel just like a performing arts center.
Q: Are there group discounts available?
A: Groups of 10 or more receive great discounts and priority seat locations. Call (954) 835-2582 for details.
Q: Are there season or mini memberships available?
A: There are no season or mini memberships available at this time. Call (954) 835-2582 to discuss PSL’s – Personal Seat Licenses. Each patron may “own” their seat with first right to purchase at every Sawgrass Live event
Q: Is there a place to eat before the show?
A: The arena's vendors are open for food and drink one hour before each show. There are concessions available on all of the seating levels.
Q: Is there a cost to park at the theatre?
A: Price varies on type of vehicle (car, bus, limo). Call (954) 835-2582 for details.
Q: Is valet parking available?
A: Valet parking is available for the majority of the shows.
Q: Is handicapped-accessible seating available?

Q: I bought tickets to a theatre show. Why does my credit card statement say "Florida Panthers?"
A: Sawgrass Live is located in the BankAtlantic Center, which is also home of the NHL's Florida Panthers. Both entities are operated by the parent company Sunrise Sports & Entertainment.
Q: I bought a ticket and cannot make the show. What is the refund policy?
A: All sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets.
Q: What are the box office hours?
A: The box office window is open from 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday. Additional box office hours vary on the weekend depending on the event schedule.
Q: Where is the Will Call window? What time does Will Call open?
A: The Will Call window is located at the North Box Office and opens 90 minutes prior to the show.
